2. Description of Service

RedFlower provides lead generation, online advertising promotion, and social network integration services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify, qualify, and deliver high-quality leads to our clients.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered through our platform. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead, depending on the service tier and advertising channels selected. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet our qualification standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The RedFlower platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedFlower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this agreement shall cease, except for those that by their nature should survive termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

RedFlower reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
